Welcome to W138. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and W138 ("W138", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the W138 website located at w138.cam, including all associated gaming, sports betting, payment, account, and promotional services made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the W138 platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the W138 platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on the W138 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. W138 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of W138 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process and update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not currently hold an active or suspended W138 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity, or using another person's identity or payment methods.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of W138 or any of its affiliated companies.

4.1 Registration

Players must complete the W138 registration form in full, providing a valid email address, mobile number, and personal details that accurately reflect their true identity. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. W138 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. You must notify W138 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

W138 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared login details with a third party.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

W138 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents accepted include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be requested at W138's discretion. Players who fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may have their request placed on hold pending documentation receipt.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. W138 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM10 to dormant Account balances following thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Balances that reach zero will result in Account closure. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by contacting W138 support.

5.1 Deposits

W138 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are detailed on the W138 Deposit page.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account is not registered to the Player — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests after completing KYC verification and meeting any applicable Wagering Requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed on the same operational day. Typical processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; FPX bank transfers within 30 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–45 minutes subject to network conditions.

W138 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above RM5,000 per transaction or RM30,000 per calendar month. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within five (5) business days may be declined and the funds returned to the Account balance.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a Player has specifically opted to use a cryptocurrency wallet, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction is recorded for account purposes.

W138 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus conditions apply to all W138 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered W138 Players only. New Player welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering Requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
• Bonus funds must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without notice.
• W138 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if W138 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the promotional system, engaged in collusive play, arbitrage betting, or used technical exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• The Refer A Friend programme is subject to the referred player completing full KYC verification and making a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals are prohibited.
• W138's Brand Migration Bonus is subject to verification of the Player's tier status on their previous platform via acceptable evidence (account screenshots, loyalty card images). W138 reserves final authority on tier-matching decisions.

All games available on the W138 Platform are provided by licensed international game studios and are subject to independent RTP certification. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical events conducted in licensed studio facilities.
• Wagers placed and accepted are final. Once a bet has been confirmed by the W138 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• W138 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded at time of placement, or bets placed as a result of a system malfunction or data feed error.
• For sports betting markets, W138's settlement of events is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. Results obtained from unofficial sources will not be accepted as grounds for dispute.
• In the event of a game disconnection during an active session, W138 will restore the game to its last verified state upon reconnection. W138 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the W138 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Money laundering: Using the W138 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to deliberately cycle funds through the Platform for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using coordinated strategies across accounts to exploit promotional terms, or providing false information to qualify for promotions.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false KYC documentation; or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility for any W138 service.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer gaming environments, including but not limited to poker rooms and live dealer side-bet pools.
• Technical exploitation: Using software bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over W138's systems or other Players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims against deposits made to your W138 Account. Any chargeback will result in immediate Account freeze pending investigation.

All content on the W138 Platform — including but not limited to the W138 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of W138 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the W138 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any W138 content without prior written consent from W138.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, W138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss.

W138's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their W138 Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

W138 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. W138 takes all reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform security and uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability in all circumstances.

W138 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

W138 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC verification service providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

12.1 Termination by W138

W138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; account inactivity exceeding the dormancy threshold; or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.

12.2 Termination by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting W138 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

Players who wish to self-exclude on responsible gambling grounds may request this separately under the Responsible Gambling Policy, which provides for both temporary cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion options.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which W138 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through W138's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulations may vary and that it is their personal responsibility to comply with any applicable local laws. W138 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific Malaysian jurisdiction beyond its operational remit.

W138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, W138 will provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the W138 Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the stated effective date.

Your continued use of the W138 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
